Happy Chinese New Year to everyone who celebrates! At the moment there is an amazing display in our Old College in Edinburgh to celebrate and I must say that it is really helping brighten the dreary Scottish winter. These amazing lanterns were originally designed by Xian Nan for the Beijing Olympics but have been shipped over to our little corner of the University to celebrate. If you're in the area come and have a cheeky visit after 4pm to see them all lit up.
